captivating flavors, and unique food culture.
The association was established because of the need to provide for the growing interest in Korean food not only in the United States but also in Europe and Asia. The KCAA currently has a strong network of Korean and non-Korean chefs, managers, and other culinary professionals who are passionate about Korean food and culture.
